HYC气动执行器


设计特点
QH系列气动执行器在运用新技术、新材料、新工艺和创新观念的基础上进行研制、开发、设计而成,具有以下特点:

1、全面符合新的国际规范:IS05211、DIN3337和VD/NDE3845、NAMIJR标准。       
2、挤压的高强度铝制缸体,内表面经细磨及硬质阳极氧化处理。使用寿命长,摩擦系数低、动作迅速。
3、优美紧凑、现代化的造型,多规格的系列产品使选型更经济实惠。
4、所有活动表面均选用高质量的轴承,低摩擦、长寿命、无噪音。                                 
5、外部安装两个独立的行程调节机构.方便进行±5°全开或全关位置的调整。
6、外部结构一样的执行器有双作用工和单作用式(弹簧复位)供选择.便于安装输出的所有附件。
7 、NAMLJR标准的多功能位置指示器可视代指示。
8、预压缩负荷弹簧、安装、拆卸安全、方便。
9、活塞和端盖采用压铸铝合金.强度高、重量轻。
10、改变密封件材料,可应用于高温或低温场合。
11、根据需要可提供多种角行程(例如:120°、135°、180°等)和三位式气动执行器。
12、不需要连接板.可直接安装电磁阀。

工作原理(标准动作)

上面的示意图表明,双动作执行机构的扭矩值在整个行程中始终保持恒定。用户可根据其具体要求,参考以下内容选定合适的执行机构型号:
1.明确所操作阀门的较大扭矩值;
2.扭矩值加大25%一50%设定系数(具体视阀门类型及工艺条件);
3.根据提供的扭矩值参阅扭矩表及相应的气压值.得到的扭矩值应等于或是超出所提供的扭矩值;
4.扭矩值被确定下来后,水平移动至“型号”栏,找到所需的执行机构型号即可。


上面的示意图,弹簧复位执行机构的扭矩不是恒定不变的而是逐渐降低的。主要原因在于弹簧在空气行程阶段因活塞运动而被压缩,同时积累在运动转换过程中以不断递减的方式获得的能量。执行机构扭矩按以下四种基本值定义;
空气行程:开始:弹簧释放状态下的执行机构扭矩             结束:弹簧压缩状态下的执行机构扭矩
弹簧行程:开始:弹簧压缩时扭矩                                      结束:弹簧释放状态时扭矩
用户可根据其具体要求,参考以下内容选定合适的执行机构型号:
1.明确所操作阀门的较大扭矩值;
2.扭矩值加大25%一50%设定安全系数(具体视阀门类型及工艺条件);
3.根据提供的扭矩值,参阅扭矩表及相应的气压值。得到的扭矩值应等于或超出所提供的扭矩值,另外,要将空气行程中结束和弹簧行程中结束问的最小值考虑在内;
4.扭矩值被确定下来后水平移动至“型号”栏,找到所需的执行机构型号即可。
